Process & Pricing

A transparent, step-by-step workflow so you know what happens, when it happens, and what it costs — with no surprises. Our online quote request keeps coordination simple and flexible.

Steps

1

Inquiry & needs assessment

  • What we ask for: purpose (ceremonial, sport, training, tourism), load, seating layout, extras (brakes, suspension, lighting, upholstery, storage).
  • For restoration: a few photos (overall + details: wheels, frame, upholstery, trouble spots).
  • How: online quote request form, by phone or by email.

Result: Preliminary technical picture for targeted proposals.

2

Consultation & preliminary engineering proposal

  • Type suggestion (ceremonial, work, marathon, tour) according to use case.
  • Rough configuration: frame geometry, suspension/brake options, seating layout, upholstery/finish direction.
  • Time & budget range: indicative lead time and budget.

Result: Agreed technical direction and aesthetic concept.

3

Personalised, itemised quote

  • Clear breakdown: mandatory items (frame, running gear, brakes) and optional extras (upholstery, lamps, storage, special lacquer).
  • Deadlines: estimated schedule and milestones (frame ready, trial assembly, finishing, handover).
  • Warranty & aftercare: post-handover adjustment, care tips, warranty terms.

Result: Comparable offer — you select the options.

4

Build phase & check-ins

  • Manufacture or restoration according to the approved specification.
  • Interim status updates: photos/videos of key phases available on request.
  • Change requests handled with prior approval and written confirmation, with clearly stated cost and schedule impact.

Result: Final piece delivered to the agreed quality and specification.

5

Handover & fine-tuning

  • Final checks and adjustments (running gear, brakes, noises, fit).
  • Handover documentation (care guide, recommended inspection cycles).
  • Post-handover fine-tuning: quick follow-up if needed.

Result: Comfortable, safe and tailored to your requirements.

Lead times — what to expect

  • New builds: typically 6–20 weeks depending on type and options.
  • Restoration: typically 4–16 weeks depending on condition and purpose (exhibition vs. daily use).
  • Seasonal load: spring–summer may mean longer lead times — early planning helps.

What influences price?

  • Technical complexity: frame/wheel sizing, suspension and brake systems, accessories.
  • Aesthetic expectations: upholstery grade, trims, lacquer depth and sheen.
  • Degree of customisation: seating layout, storage, emblems, period hardware, lamps.
  • For restoration: condition (quality of prior repairs, hidden faults, wood fatigue, corrosion).

Note: we can provide a two-stage quote (base + expandable package) to better match your budget.

Payment, warranty, documentation

  • Payment: typically deposit + milestone + final invoice as outlined in the quote.
  • Warranty: adapted to the vehicle type, with special focus on running gear and brake setup.
  • Documentation: on request, a short technical log and photo summary of key stages.

Online handling — convenient
